And I don’t know how much you know you guys have touched on I met first but they have trainings for like my operations manager so he gets put into these trainings and he can and it’s just like to have that resources at my hand. I don’t have to go pay to send him somewhere to get training. I mean, that’s huge, especially for, you know, a small business like mine. That’s huge that the amount of opportunities they offer are
