Lisa:
Well, I was really just, I mean, totally floored with the information that I got at the webinar, it was so well done. I mean, hats off to Curt, you really can make what I always thought was a little bit of a daunting subject matter, like SEO fun for one. And incredibly, you just have a good way of putting it into terms like with the yellow the tiny shoes to the you know, laces. And for a person like me, it just took something that was really, you know, needed and foreign, but brought it down to something that was, you know, easy to understand, follow and ultimately, I connected with now, you kind of gave me the SEO bug now it’s like something that I’m like, I’m listening to podcasts, as you know. Yeah. And so it really just sparked that interest, which further, you know, my interest in why I wanted to then connect with you and do the three months that we’ve done just because there’s a lot of um, we do have a new website, and it’s a work in progress, but it’s just brought to my attention that there’s still a lot of things that we can do that need to be done in. It’s been a great three months. So yeah, my objectives were really is just to get us going in the right direction.

Mike: Yeah basically I was just hoping to get a basic idea about how to do like a blog a video and in your to help us excellent because I learned about buyer personas that was a big thing. And it helps me out in my sales department also because I could use like a lot of these things for training. So like the buyer persona now we broke out into like, maintenance Mike, all these different things. So we kind of use that for ourselves now for training, and, and also the customer mapping. All those things kind of helped me out stars. I know during our during our deep dives, it was very insightful for things I wouldn’t even thought of and you guys came with ideas and super easy to work with. And like Lisa said, it was fun, too. It wasn’t like a boring session where you’re like, Oh, I gotta see Curt and Nicole again. It’s gonna be dreadful, but no, it was no fun. But, yeah, what I was hoping to get out of it was just to get some more traction on a website. Learn to use do like a basic you know, do a video. We did an interview a Curt, Lisa, and I with the keyword was like a steel plate, I think it was hot rolled steel, right? Yeah. Yep. So that was our first kind of blog we did. So that was very helpful doindgthat. And I never did an interview like that, about a product. So yeah, so I’m just hoping to get some more like inbound calls from the websites from internet. And just learn how to do the videos and get a schedule going as far as a cadence as far as, you know, keep us on track for doing like, every I think it would be about every two weeks, get a video or a written blog out there. And then had like a guide as far as you know, a plan to what we’re going to do each time, way ahead of time so we can just keep planning and you know, doing the each every couple of weeks

So, Mike, would you recommend our dear friend Jean and the amazing, incredible team at Purdue to your friends, your family, your dog, other manufacturers? Was this a was this a rewarding experience for you, from your perspective?
Mike 00:14
definitely rewarding for me because I didn’t know anything about any this at all. When I first started SEO, I didn’t know what that meant. And then you know, the risk and all these things. And so I kind of came from nowhere to learn all these different things. And so yeah, it was very helpful. Very, you both were very easy to work with, and a lot of great ideas too. I love the way you organized it to put into the digital game plan so we can go to and go back to things. Look at it. You know, Curt, when we were talking to some of the different deep dives, like Nicole was talking to Curt was over there typing so he kind of they work together pretty well. And I don’t know how Curt his fingers aren’t, like all stiff and broken up or so because he was typing like crazy. Yeah, it just needs to. But no, it was really good experience. I didn’t know what to expect when I first got it. I’m like, This is gonna be boring. But they made a fun. I enjoyed all the different deep dives. He had to think a lot, you know about different things. So it’s kind of good for you to engage the people. So but yeah, definitely excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend him for advanced manufacturing.
Curt Anderson 01:30
Again, thank you, Mike. It was just an absolute honor. Lisa, would you recommend to your six children to work with the Purdue MEP or what do you think there?
Lisa 01:37
Oh, yeah, I mean, I, I can’t say any more than what Mike said. I knew about SEO, I knew it was important. But as far as really getting into the the level of information that you shared, I mean, you just did such an outstanding job at making a little bit of a daunting subject matter very approachable. So definitely, and I think probably for I mean, I’m excited about participating next month on the webinar. So I think right there is probably shows that Mike and I are like 110% behind what you’re doing with the MEP.
